Earthsafe system builds fuel system equipment and controls for emergency generators and boilers. Our systems are used to transfer and control diesel fuel distribution in large multi-tank multi-generator power plants at technical facilities. Earthsafe products include fuel day tanks, pump sets, fuel filtration/polishing, and tank fill systems. All of these assemblies include advanced control modules that link through a network to provide operating information to a central building management location.

Examples of our work include (a) Data Center Fuel System with 22 emergency generator units and over 600,000 liters of fuel storage, and (b) Banking Center Fuel System with 7 emergency generators on the 7 th floor of the building with 200,000 liters of diesel fuel storage in third lower level.

Earthsafe started in 1990 and has completed over 500 mission critical fuel systems at technical facilities. Earthsafe control profducts are based on Allen Bradley PLCs and components to assure world wide availability of parts from local distributers.

Earthsafe also provides fuel systems for automotive research and development facilities. These include fuel storage, transfer, control, and measurement systems for engine test cells.
